Unofficial Results Day One - Expedition Race

Revised Race Rules and Routes

The official Race Route and Rules for the 2011 Labrador Canoe Race have been revised as final preparations are in place for the weekend event with over 30 teams registered to date.
The Classic Race will start 1100 Sunday Aug. 28 at the Churchill River Causeway.
The Expedition Race will start 0900 Saturday Aug 27 at Edwards Brook and 0900 Sunday Aug 28 at the Muskrat Falls portage.
Further details along with important reminders for all participants are included in the updated Race Rules and Race Routes.

Registration forms are being received daily both for the classic and expedition races. Download the 2011 Race Registration Form and drop by the Coopers' Minipi Fly Shop along with your registration fee of $20 per person.
Looking Back and Preparing for 2011

Thanks to the support of our sponsors, the 2010 inaugural event of the Great Labrador Canoe Race was a tremendous success. A total of 38 two-person teams participated with many more spectators both at the start and the finish. The atmosphere and enthusiasm was infectious. All who participated, and many others since, indicated their interest to continue growing the Great Labrador Canoe Race.
